The Phone Booth5 improves both the water resistance and shock absorption of the original casing. A cushioning “sled” holds your iPhone 5 safely and securely in the case. Its creative design allows you to remove your iPhone 5 quickly and conveniently from the case whenever you wish.

Good case, lacks functionality.

Overall, I am pretty happy with this case, but it does need a few changes made for the next model. The main issue I have is that they worried more about a submersible waterproof case, rather than making the case functional. You are probably not that likely to ride your bike underwater, so something more similar to the Otterbox case would be ideal with plugs for the lower section of the phone (Lightning Cable and Headphone cable). I used a drill and made a hole in the case so that I could use a standard headphone rather than a bluetooth headphone while riding. The other big issue I have is that once the phone is in the case, you can't turn the screen off, or adjust the volume. You literally can use the touch screen features, or the home key, but nothing else. A case like the otterbox allows for full functionality of the phone while it is in the case. It is also almost impossible to pull the phone out of the case without removing the case from the bike mount. I would like the ability to leave the case mounted to the bike, or have a quicker release to pull the case from the mount. Finally, the hardware could be nicer. The hex screws could be a higher grade as pictured in the installation sheet. I know I am being picky on a lot of these features, but why not make a full functional phone case with a bike mounting attachment? You would sell more because people could just keep the phone in the case and use it all the time, then simply clip it into the bike mount when they are ready to ride. Great idea, but just lacks some major functionality. Send me one of the new ones when you guys make these changes ;)

Very good quality, keeps my iPhone dry, safe and sound. Very confident with it on my bike, ibike app works perfectly. Friends complained about other mounts not holding the case securely - no problem with ibike mount. Recommend ++++++

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. ibike was waiting for some parts for these new cases and were GREAT at keeping those who ordered them up to date. The case arrived Christmas Eve day. They could not have done a better job! Thank you ibike!

Couldn't get phone out.

I received the IPhone phone booth for Christmas. I was able to put my phone in it but couldn't get it out. After about 15 minutes of struggling it finally came out. I decided I didn't want to go through that trouble every time I used it so I sent an email and said I was going to return it. About 2 hours later (still Christmas Day) I received an email saying they would send me a new one. I received the new one in about 3 days. My phone came right out when I shook it. :) I took it on a 8 mile mountain bike ride over roots, rocks, trees and a lot if dips and the phone never moved. I love this product and the customer service is wonderful!!!
